Anneliese today visited pharmaceutical manufacturer Lilly's research and development facility in Erl Woods, Surrey.

Anneliese spoke with senior managers at the facility about the UK pharmaceutical industry and what she can do to support this vital sector and major South East employer.

Anneliese said: "It was great to tour Lilly's facilities to see first-hand the cutting-edge research they are undertaking into Alzheimer's disease. I was really pleased to be able to talk with a number of the scientists about the work they are doing to combat this vicious disease".
